This
is the first project entirely designed under the
responsibility of the Lemann Foundation/IGE. The
content and methodology were designed with the team
from the Protagonistés Institute, led by
Prof. Rose Neubauer . The objectives of this initiative
are to introduce a result-oriented culture in management
practices in participating schools, foster the training
of participative leadership and direct the focus
of the school team as a whole towards student learning.
